Accessibility statement
This website is built to conform with the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) and targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function, and all content is available in both English and Bengali.
Every page can be operated by keyboard alone. Images carry text alternatives, colour is never the sole means of conveying information, and contrast ratios meet or exceed 4.5:1 for body text.
If you encounter a barrier anywhere on this site, contact the facilitation desk and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
Right to Information
Information relating to the West Bengal Investment Summit 2027 campaign is disclosable under the Right to Information Act, 2005, subject to the exemptions in Section 8.
Applications should be addressed to the Public Information Officer, Department of Industry, Commerce & Enterprises, Government of West Bengal. Details of the appellate authority are published alongside.
Privacy policy
Personal information submitted through registration and enquiry forms is collected solely to facilitate participation in the campaign and to route enquiries to the relevant department.
Information is not sold, and is shared only with the government departments and agencies necessary to act on your enquiry. Registration records are retained for the duration of the campaign and its implementation phase.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your records through your account or the facilitation desk.
Terms of use
Content on this site is published for information. Incentive figures, land availability and project details are indicative and subject to the governing policy documents and to verification at the time of application.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a commitment to allot land, or a guarantee of approval. Formal entitlements arise only from executed agreements and eligibility certificates issued by the competent authority.
